Customer Testimonials

Our customers are happy with the performance and reliability of their Highliner trailers:

"It was great seeing locally manufactured Highliner Trailers displayed at the 2002 Vancouver Boat Show again this year. I purchased one of your galvanized trailers for my 17-foot runabout 18 years ago. Although it has been rinsed regularly with fresh water to help minimize the effects of salt water corrosion and did have a few well worn parts replaced over the years, it is still doing the job today.

You build a great product and provide prompt service when any replacement parts are requested. I am so pleased to own a quality product built right here in the Lower Mainland."

"It was good to meet you again at the Vancouver Boat Show and view your current line of boat trailers as well as the multitude of boats and marine products on display.

As we discussed, I purchased a new Highliner boat trailer model TRV50-24 in October 1999 in which you installed for me a Rule 84R electric winch and set up the trailer rollers, axles and winch stand appropriately for our 24 Zeta Command Bridge cruiser.

We have now had two full seasons use of this unit on which our 24 Zeta Command Bridge is stored year-round in our yard, except when boating. We do a lot of launching, loading and trailering to sites in the Lower Mainland of BC as well as up and down Vancouver Island.

I have had Eze Loader trailers before, both with the 24 Zeta and other boats, and am pleased to tell you that my Highliner performs equally or better than these in all respects. I tow with a 3/4-ton Ford diesel Supercab 4-wheel drive and the Highliner goes down the road straight as can be at any speed. On the level we cruise easily at 100 km/hr on the freeway and Island Highway. The brakes work well and we stop confidently.

Launching and loading is easily done by myself with minimum effort. I am diligent in flushing the brake system and washing down everything after use in salt water as well as greasing the bearings, lubricating the rollers, etc. To date the trailer has performed flawlessly. Often at the boat ramps, other boaters and observers are amazed at how easy the whole unit is to handle. The trailer is the key to this. I never have any hesitation in recommending a Highliner boat trailer to those considering a new trailer.

I valued your excellent service in setting up the trailer appropriately for our boat at purchase time, and hope sales continue to grow for your well-designed, quality line of products."
